Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo is an American actor and author. Her first role was in the soaps One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she had many supporting roles in premiertime TV. Andrea Navedo is an American actor and singer, born 10 November 1977, in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo started her acting career on the daytime soap. From 1995 to 1997 she was a part of the cast as Linda Soto on the ABC soap show One Life to Live. The show also featured her in her role on the CBS soap Guiding Light, as Theresa Sandoval, from 1999 to 2000. The actress made her debut in film through a tiny role on the show in Girl 6 (1996) then starred in episodes of New York Undercover and The District. In 2001 Navedo appeared in the action double take film Double Take and the following year was the drama Washington Heights. From 2001 until 2004 Navedo was a frequent character on the NBC crime drama Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. He starred later in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages, Blue Bloods as well as Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo played in numerous other movies, including El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo appeared in recurring roles in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 until 2013. Navedo was a part of the comedy film Superfast! The parody of The Fast and the Furious film series released in 2015. Navedo first began her professional acting career in the world of morning soap operas. From 1995 until 1997, she played the role of Linda Soto in the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. She joined the CBS soap opera Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her first appearance on screen with a performance in Girl 6. She later played a role as a guest for New York Undercover (1996) as well as The District. In 2001, Navedo was a co-star in the action film Double Take.
